Yamaha starts offering multimedia content in China


Yamaha Corp said Monday it has started a new service in China providing multimedia content such as video with music through cell phones.

Yamaha, one of the world's largest musical instrument makers, said the service is being offered jointly with major Chinese mobile phone operator China United Telecommunications Corp and Chinese Internet service provider Alllink Co.
