NEC Teases With Lightweight LaVie Z Ultrabook


Nec has just announced the new LaVie Z, a 13.3-inch ultrabook that comes with a new lithium-magnesium alloy, which is 50% lighter than aluminum.

This ultrabook weighs just 999g, which is possibly the lightest 13.3" ultrabook in the world. NEC did not provide any details about the device, which will be released in Japan before the summer.
