Latest Bing Desktop Expands Language Availability and Supports All Versions of Windows

Microsoft has released Bing Desktop v1.1, which supports Windows XP and higher operating systems along with an additional 4 languages.

Bing Desktop marries Bing?s daily homepage with a quick search interface so you don?t have to open our browser to start a search session or get the latest headlines. Every day, the Windows Desktop Background will automatically refresh to a high resolution version of the day's home page, drawn from the images Bing uses around the world.

With Bing Desktop v1.1, you can also go back through the prior 9 days of images to set a favorite image as the Windows Desktop Background again, or view images from days you were away from the computer.

Bing Desktop works on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and Windows Server 2008 and 2012 for English, French, German, Chinese and Japanese.
