Surface Pro To Launch In Late January

Salespeople at Microsoft stores around the U.S. claim that Microsoft's Surface Pro will launch in late January, possibly on Jan. 26.

A report by CNET says salespeople at Microsoft stores across the U.S. have confirmed the upcoming tablet will launch late this month.

Surface Pro is running a more complete version of Windows 8 than the Surface RT, while it will also have a 1,920-by-1,080-pixel display and a more powerful Intel Core i5 Processor.

The Surface Pro will start at $899 -- $400 more than the Surface RT.
