HTC To Unveil New Flagship Smartphone Tomorrow

HTC on Tuesday prepares to launch its next flagship smartphone, codenamed M8, so let's round up the rumors ahead of its official reveal.

HTC wil try to improve the original HTC One in order to compete with the Samsung Galaxy S5 and other Android handsets coming to market this year.

According to host of leaked images and specifications lists, HTC's new handset is keeping the same aluminum design as the original HTC One model, but it will come with a 5-inch full HD display, on-screen buttons, the latest Qualcomm quad core processor and will also support internal storage expansion via MicroSD card. The phone is also expected to have a second camera on the back in order to compensate for badly taken images and enhance depth of field. HTC couls also alow users to refocus pictures after they've been taken, a feature on a number of high-end Nokia Lumia handsets.

The new M8 also appears in a video posted on YouTube Monday.

The new handset will be officially revealed on Tuesday, March 25 and is expected to go on sale immediately.
