SanDisk Unveils microSD Card For GoPro


SanDisk today introduced the 128GB SanDisk Extreme PLUS microSDXC card, one of the first microSD cards to carry the Works with GoPro verification.

The new SanDisk Extreme PLUS microSDXC card is verified to deliver optimal performance and reliability when used with GoPro cameras, even under extreme conditions.

The SanDisk Extreme and SanDisk Extreme PLUS microSD cards in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities have been verified as Works with GoPro cards, and are recommended for the latest Hero GoPro cameras, the Hero 4 Silver, the Hero 4 Black, and the Hero Session.

The new microSD cards can record 4K UHD video with UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) and UHS Video Speed Class 30 (V30) performance. They offer read speed of up to 95MB/s.

The 128GB card will be available at an MSRP of $249.99.
