Hitachi has extended itscurrent license to incorporate Macrovision's G-GUIDE Interactive Program Guide (IPG) technologyinto Hitachi?s digital televisions and digital video recording devices in Japan.

Macrovision's G-GUIDE IPG is adapted specifically for the Japanese market and is currently integrated into other digital televisions and digital video recording devices in Japan.
