 Intel SSD 313 Series Released

Message Text: Intel SSD 313 Series has been added to Intel's product database, meaning that the successor of Intel's first generation caching SSD (Intel SSD 311) will be available soon.

The new SSD is equipeed with the same 3Gbps controller (PC29AS21BA0) found inside Intel's SSD 311. Intel will release a 20GB ($120) and a 24GB ($140) version of the drive.

Coodenamed "Hawley Creek", the Intel SSD 313 Series uses Intel 25nm SLC NAND memory and comes in a 2.5 mSATA form factor.
