 Bing, Yahoo Gain Some Ground In U.S. Search

Message Text: Google lost some share in the U.S. search market in March, while Bing's and Yahoo's shares were slightly increased, according to new data from ComScore.

Google's share of the market slipped to 66.2% from 67% in February. Yahoo had 15.3% of the search market, up from 14.8%. Microsoft Bing had 14.3% of the market, up from 14.1%.

AOL's share did not change this month and held steady at 1.4%. Ask.com had 2.7% share, down from 2.8%.

Overall, U.S. search queries were up 4% month-over-month and 7% year-over-year, Comscore found.
