Sony has released the newest software update (V2.0) for the PlayStation Vita, adding support for PlayStation Plus.
Sony has also improved the web browser by better utilizing the systems core-processing power, adding support for JavaScript and HTML5 along with a share feature in the browser for Twitter.
With the latest firmware installed, you can also connect directly to your email through the new email app (IMAP/POP3 up to five accounts) that will actually show you updates right in your notifications area.
Also added is the ability to connect directly to your PC and watch videos in full 1080p.
In addition, a slow playback function has been added.
The update is available through internet (Wi-Fi,) PS3, PC or a PS Vita card.
