 Intel Adds 80GB Model To Solid-State Drive 335 Series

Message Text: The Intel Solid-State Drive (SSD) 335 Series is adding a new 80GB capacity version to its current 180GB and 240GB product offerings.

All capacities are available in a standard 2.5-inch form factor.

As with the recently released 180GB model, the 80GB drive will be offered in a new case design qand will be based on 20nanometer MLC NAND flash memory jointly developed by IM Flash Technologies (IMFT).
