Message Text: Now you can access your Windows PCs through your iOS or Android mobile device.

A new Remote Desktop app is now available for both operating systems, letting you simply connect to a Windows PC and control it. Microsoft's app is added to a number of third-party solutions that have been available so far, including Citrix and others.

The iOS version also supports iPads.

Of course, as it also happens in the desktop version of the remote dektop (Remote Desktop Protocol), you have to know your PC's IP in order to log on remotely.

The Android Remote Desktop app is available in the Google Play store, and the iOS version is available in Apple's App Store.
