If you are among the few lucky owners of a Google Glass device, then you may want to take a look to Google's online accessories store, although you'll still have to spend a lot on the available accessories.
The store (https://glass.google.com/getglass/), which is only available to Glass users ("Explorers"), is currently offering just four items. You can get an extra cable and a micro USB charger or an extra pouch for their device for $50. An extra mono earbud for Glass that can be used for phone and video calls also costs $50. For $75, you can get a clear shield visor.
The store also give users a way to replace any of the items that come with their device.
Earlier this year, Google invited several thousand users to buy an early version for $1,500. Now, the company has begun to let those users invite up to three friends to join the pilot program and also buy a device for $1,500.
