Message Text: Popular social mobile messaging app is rumored to be developing a PC version of its service.

AndroidWorld.nl has uncovered references to a web client version of WhatsApp in the code connected to the current Android smartphone app. The code suggests that the web app will be compatible with Google's Chrome browser. That could help you easier reach a message when you're working on your computer, rather than seeking for your phone in order to read it.

Google's Hangouts and Apple's iMessage both work across devices. In addition, Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 10 will have features baked in that will let users shuffle documents and content from desktop to handset and even game consoles.
