Xiaomi has created the beautiful phone Mi 6 equiiped with a battery that can last for one day, a great camera, a lot of storage and a powerful 10-nm Snapdragon 835 processor.

The phone sports flourishes now familiar to users of premium devices including the S8: curved glass, virtually non-existent bezels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and 6 gigabytes of memory. It also features dual cameras on the back. In a nod to Apple's latest iPhone, Xiaomi also dropped the headphone jack.

The phone packs a 2.75GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 paired with 6G of RAM. It is made using 10mn processor technology which comes as more efficient than predecessors. GPU is also rather impressive. According to the benchmark tests its Adreno 540 beats iPhone 7, capping at 64fps in video games. It also supports Vulkan 3D for a more realistic 3D graphics. The storage capacity is either 64GB or 128GB.

The main camera consists of a 12MP wide-angle sensor and 12MP telephoto sensor. It supports IOS four-axis stabilization to reduce shaking and it can also cope well in low lights. Alongside that, there is a 10x zoom and a 2x lossless lens.

Mi 6 rocks up a 5.15-inch display with eye-protection. It is capable of reducing its peak 600nit brightness to 1nit at night and features a blue-light filtering mode.

A significant change in the design is ditching 3.5mm headphone jack. USB Type-C is the place to go now. It has a metal chassis with four-sided 3D curved glass and made wear and splash resistant. Mi 6 Exclusive Edition gets a ceramic back and 18K gold rims around the camera modules. The basic version comes in blue, white and black. Silver model is going to happen some timer later.

Mi 6 boasts a powerful battery of 3350 mAh. Paired with many MIUI power-saving modes it will easily last a day.

The Mi 6 starts at 2499 yuan (about $360) for a model with 64GB of storage, and a 128GB model will cost 2899 yuan ($420). The Mi 6 variant with a ceramic back panel and 128GB of storage will sell for 2999 yuan ($435).
