The Exynos 5 7872 SoC uses Cortex A73 cores alongside A53 cores, in a 2x A73 4x A53 configuration. The SOC's GPU is a new Mali G71MP1 running up to a very high 1.2GHz. The SoC also packs integrated CDMA capability, WiFi up to 802.11n, Bluetooth 5 and FM radio.

The main camera setup includes a 16MP Samsung sensor with an f/2.0 lens system. On the front, we have a 8MP shooter.

The device has not a physical home button and a fingerprint sensor is placed at the side of the device.

The M6s comes in black, blue, gold and silver in 32 and 64GB variants for $155 / $190 USD, respectively.
