Message Text: ADATA today launched its new enterprise-class SR2000 series solid state drives (SSD), which include the SR2000SP U.2 PCIe and SR2000CP PCIe HHHL AIC SSDs.

These SSDs are built on 3D eTLC NAND Flash technology to offer high transfer rates, higher capacities, and endurance. In addition, they come with scalable over-provisioning (OP) software to give IT managers the flexibility to set OP capacity.

The ADATA SR2000SP U.2 (2.5") solid state drives offer random read and write speeds of up to 830,000 and 140,000 IOPS respectively, and sequential read and write speeds of up to 3,500MB per second. The SR2000SP come with up to 11TB of capacity, support hot swapping to cause minimal impact to system operations, and feature TRIM command support in Windows.

ADATA SR2000CP PCIe HHHL AIC solid state drives are likewise built on 3D eTLC NAND Flash technology, offer up to 11TB of capacity, come with scalable over-provisioning (OP) software, and feature TRIM command support. They deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 6,000MB and 3,800MB per second respectively, and random read and write speeds of 1 million and 150,000 IOPS respectively. They support LDPC ECC technology and DRAM cache buffer.

ADATA SR2000 series SSDs are equipped with safeguards to guarantee data integrity and security, including power loss protection, AES 256-bit encryption, data path protection, support for S.M.A.R.T, shock and vibration resistance.

XPG SX7100 on the way

ADATA is also planning to release the XPG SX7100 family of SSDs powered by the RTS5763DL and 3D TLC NAND flash memory.

The manufacturer expects to ship these drives in 120 GB, 240 GB, 480 GB, 960 GB, and 1.92 TB configurations. The XPG SX7100 SSDs will be NVMe 1.3 compatible, will support a robust LDPC-based ECC and RAID engines, dynamic SLC caching, and AES256 encryption.

The XPG SX7100 is slated to offer up to 2100 MB/s sequential read speeds as well as up to 1500 MB/s sequential write speeds.
