Sony DADC?s Global Platform Services will also manage processes, solution development, and functionality to ensure supply chain and process efficiencies, as well as cost reductions.

"By establishing an independent and cohesive operations management platform that integrates with third-party providers, we are able to further support our clients by addressing several challenges facing the media industry today."

The platform can be used by media companies, distributors, and service providers to issue, negotiate, and deliver services from commercial suppliers. These service offerings also include business development capabilities to maintain and expand distribution channels as well as the ability to combine client order volumes and service capabilities to ensure the most cost-effective solutions for clients.
