Samsung Introduces New SD850 Business Monitor

Samsung has just introduced the premium SD850 Business Monitor for the professional B2B and performance consumer markets.

The SD850 has 2560 x 1440 wide quad high-definition (WQHD) resolution, twice that of Full HD, with a 178° viewing angle. It can display over one billion colors, incorporating 100 per cent of the sRGB color space an has approximately 3.7 million pixels. Aimed at content creators, programmers and those in financial services, the monitor can not only display picture-in-picture in 720p, but also picture-by-picture to display images from two separate sources, such as a laptop and a desktop PC.

The central axis design of the stand allows the viewer to adjust the screen’s height, as well as tilt it back and forth, swivel it from side to side, and pivot it at 90° for vertical viewing.
