ZoTAC Unveils NEN Steam Machine

Gaming at home has long been divided into PC gamers and console gamers. Valve sensed a need for something to bridge the gap between these worlds. And Zotac has designed the NEN, a powerful, small form Steam Machine.

NEN is powered by a 6th gen Intel quad-core Skylake processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 graphics. ZOTAC engineers shrank all the functionalities and power to a mere height of two inches to ensure it fits into the entertainment center while maintaining quiet levels at maximum cooling performance utilizing dual radial coolers. It also features the ability to disable the power on LED.

The device is powered by the SteamOS. Pre-installed and ready to go, log into your existing Steam account or create one to access games and connect gamers. SteamOS will only display compatible games. NEN also offers a 1TB hard drive pre-installed, a M.2 SATA SSD slot and a Steam Controller, featuring Dual Trackpads, HD haptic feedback, dual-stage triggers, back grip buttons, and full control scheme customization.

Pricing details are not available yet.
