Yamaha 8824EZ Opinions

what advantages would I get with the tdk or plextor 12/10/32 over the Yamaha 8824EZ ? I mainly burn copies of games/mp3's etc

TDK has:
12x writing, 10x re-writing and 32x reading so it's mainly a totally different drive than Yamaha 8824e. Also it supports BURN-Proof and DAO-RAW which Yamaha doesn't. And of course costs 100$ more than Yamaha.
