Plextor W1210A burning problem

I have a problem with my Plextor PX-W1210A. When I start to burn a CD with Nero Burning ROM, the lead in completes ok but after that the process stops and I have to reset the PC. I have activated the DMA feature and the Synchronize Data Transfer in both the CD and CDR

I assume you are burning from the reader to the writer. Try using CD Copy mode or make an image to the hard drive. Also, make sure that you have the latest firmware updates.
