Plextor 12/10/32 or Acer 12/08/32?

I an about to buy one of these burners but am still undecided. I can get the Acer for a considerable amount cheaper. I will be using the drive for mainly music and data (+ overburning) but obviously would like to be able to backup as many other protected disks as possible.
Which one should i get?

Plextor is better drive in overall. However it misses SD2 backup support. On the other hand Acer 1208 can copy anything :)..And costs much less than Plextor. But has some problems.
I guess you need to decide which features you need the most
