Adobe Plugin problem

I downloaded the panasonic plugin for adobe premier. But when I go to install an error is perforemd and therefore I cannot get the file needed to be renamed to run Flask. The file in question is "cm-mpeg-pwi2.0e.prm" that is needed to be renamed to "Flaskmpegpeasopeich.dll"

Correct. Put the same folder in setup which FlaskMpeg is.
