What are the .sfv and bin files?

What do you do with the .sfv and bin type files? I have cdrwin, but I don't know what to do with these files

With the .sfv file you can check if the files you downloaded are exact the same as they should be(how they are uploaded).
The .bin file requires a .cue file if you want to burn it with cdrwin
