Nero crashes WinMe

I installed Nero v5.0.2.4 and after the installation asks to reboot, WinMe crashes during the boot-up. I went in Safe Mode, uninstall Nero, reboot normally, and install Nero again. The problem occurs again. I don't have EZCD Creator installed but I did have it at one time.

Try renaming the following files with the .BAC extension....
CDR4vsd.vxd in windows/system/iosubsys
CDRALVSD.vxd
acbhlpr.vxd
cdr4.dll in windows/system
cdr4vsd.dll
cdral.dll
SCSI1HLP.VXD
If that fails, try renaming the NEROCD95.VXD file with the .BAC extension.
You can also uninstall your Nero software, then download our Nero 5.0.3.8 Demo software from www.nero.com,and install using your serial Key to unlock from Demo mode.
