Unrecoverable read error with nero

I use Nero 5.0.4.8 and while trying to copy a data cd (unprotected) i got the message "urecoverable read error" while trying to make the image. When the image got 100% the dvd led kept on and the writing never started.

Try creating the image file using your recorder as the source
