I encoded a movie with these settings
720x576 (crop to 720x320 because of 16:9)
same fps as original and same audio freq (48Khz)
I use low bitrate of 1300 with keyframe of 10
During the playback, I notice several cooldowns. the video seems to "lag", it's very annoying ! The movie has interlaced video but I don't think it's problem.
