Problems encoding MATRIX

I have a problem when i try to rip & encode Matrix with DIV-X. The film rewinds several times only at the action scenes.
How i can solve this?

Get latest VobDec and VobDec GUI (check http://www.cdrinfo.com/software/ ) and rip again your Matrix DVD. The VobDec will skip the multiangle vobs and you will not have the same problem never again
