NEC 1901A(32x) update faluire

Dell provide a update of NEC 1901A(32x) drive firmware, but I got something wrong. The CDROM is gone after flash tool reported error. I think maybe the firmware are destroyed. NEC tell me that my CDROM is an OEM product, but I bought it in retail market.
