Plextor PX-W1210S problem

After I burned something with Disc Juggler, my PX-W1210S just went nuts. It doesnt recognize any cds at all now. CDR to legit, nothing. It just blinks. I checked all the connections and everything is fine.

Log in Windows and use the PX-Info utility from Plextor Europe and contact the technical support
