Teac CD-540 or Toshiba XM-6702B?

I'm mostly interested in CloneCD Performance and protected CD readability. I also do some DAE, not much though, but I don't really care about speed for that - as long as it is high quality. Should I choose Teac CD-540 or Toshiba XM-6702B?
