Although there are a few minor items on this case I would like to see changed, I still believe it to have a solid place in the Cooler Master line up. The Cooler Master Centurion 534 is a case I would call an entry level model. It's makeup and features seem to endeavor to stay simple, not only to understand, but also to use. If someone is a novice computer builder or does not want to invest a lot into the cost of the case, then this isn't a bad route to go. On average you can find this case for about $70 - $85...

Cooler Master Musketeer 3 is a sound quality controller that filters the accurate digital signal of sound to a much more harmonic output in a classical way - Vacuum Tube Technology. With its dial VU meter and cascade volume control at the front panel, Cooler Master Musketeer 3 brings you back to 60's as well as the ancient-restored vacuum light warming your heart...

The Cooler Master CM Media 260 really surprised me with it's ability to handle almost any media, any task, and provide extensive feedback via the VFD. As I stated in the introduction, I have always been a big case fan but now I get why folks want to build an HTPC case. I am already working plans to get TV and a my music directory linked into this system, and I think I now have a valid reason to approach the wife about that 40" Plasma display I've had my eye on. It isn't necessarily the case or design that gets my approval, it's the multimedia capability. Now I see why there is a lot of hype surrounding this type of system...

Cooler Master's Centurion series of casings seem targeted at the entry level enthusiasts looking for a simple and modern casing but who are unwilling to shell out top dollar for the newfangled bells and whistles, like casings with thermal isolation chambers and silent, sound dampening panels. Instead, the Centurion series aims to be a good compromise between features, design and price and the latest addition to the series, the Centurion 534 has inherited these characteristics...

Hyper 6+ is built for high performance with a uniquely designed of universal retention module. This super silent CPU cooler, with heat-pipe technology, successfully takes heat away. And its 100mm fan provides mass airflow and high air pressure for maximum heat dissipation. The powerful and quiet operation of the Hyper 6+ supports the latest Prescott LGA775, Pentium 4, AMD's K8 and K7...

The Coolermaster Hyper48's all copper construction is augmented by four copper heatpipes that advance the flow of heat out from the base to the upper tips of the cooling fins. As we will see shortly in the synthetic thermal test results, the heatpipes play an important role. Really though, the most notable benefit of the Coolermaster Hyper48 heatsink is its quietness. The low noise output is due to a specialized Delta fan which has side vents and a conservative impeller speed. The 92x92x25mm Delta NFB0912L fan moves 42CFM of air whilst generating just 29.1 dBA noise, according to the mfgr's spec sheet...

Coolermaster first Real Power unit introduced almost 2 years ago at Cebit has offered many enthusiasts a good value for money PSU, their latest unit is again priced very competitively around the $/?100 mark (EU/US) and offers solid performance for those with power hungry dual video card systems. Their tried and cooling design using a 120mm fan keeps noise levels down and this will surely be appreciated during those none-gaming sessions. For the extreme enthusiast this unit lacks the adjustable rails and maybe that extra oomph for over-volting and overclocking your hardware but at the end of the day you have to realize that only a small percentage of the potential buyers out there are into this...

The Cooler Master Stacker 830 is an attractive, solidly built chassis that would make a good basis for any machine. At £173.84 though, this is a lot of money for a case. On the up side, this case is built to last and with support for BTX it could house your components for years to come. If you have the money, it may well be a wise investment...

When you mention the big boys of aluminium PC cases and accessories one of the first brands that springs into mind is Cooler Master. With their reputation for producing good quality, albeit pricey, cases the opportunity to take a look at the latest horse in their virtual stables was one we couldn't resist. The beast we'll be looking at today is the Cooler Master Stacker 830, which with a retail price at the time of publishing of around £180 will have to show us the right stuff to impress us. It's a lot of money for a PSU-less case, so let's see exactly what you will get for your hard earned cash...

I am very impressed with the performance the Cooler Master Real Power 550 delivers. The voltages are within the ever so tight specs that are being demanded by the current standards. I remember when 10% +/- was ok limits, when now they are 5% +/- for ATX standard 2.01. The audible level from the fan is hardly noticeable. What is missing from this unit are some good features. The HCI doesn't read properly and even if it did, I can hardly read it. Only one cable is sleeved, why? Do them all or none at all. There are a lot of cables that come with this PSU, this unit is screaming to be a modular design...

"Susurro" means whisper, and perfect in Latin, which totally represents the 16dBA silence of this CPU cooler. Especially designed for slim type system and custom-made for AMD dual core K8 (socket M2) and Opteron CPU, Susurro has been equipped with high quality copper heatsink that provides excellent heat dissipation. Without the square frame, its 92mm circular fan inhales cool air around it smoothly that achieves the best cooling performance and quiet working environment....

The final verdict for the Susurro is difficult, while its cooling abilities were not exactly impressive, it was extremely quiet. This low profile cooler is an ideal choice for SFF's and rackmounts. In the end, the
Cooler Master Susurro makes an excellent quiet stock replacement and a great choice for those looking for a low profile heatsink...

While the design might not be for everyone, Cooler Master gives its customers the advantage of choice; if you don't like the pre-mod look there are plenty of high quality products in their line-up. But if you are looking for a pre-mod retail enclosure with excellent cooling, easy installation and useful features this AMMO 533 has your name written all over it...

Overall, the Ammo 533 is a good mid-range case with distinctive looks that you'll either love or hate. You also need to be sure that you don't need to fit many hard drives, or if you're happy to use 5.25 to 3.5in caddies or hard drive coolers. At £54.65, it's fairly pricey for a steel case these days, but the build quality is better than average and it's from a reputable brand...

With the Susurro Coolermaster is releasing an AMD only heatsink which fits all recent AMD platforms, and even boasts socket M2 compatibility, AMD upcoming socket. While the size of the heatsink and don't encourage overclocking, the larger 92mm fan with auto-speed settings should promise some low noise operation when used with a CPU running at default speeds...
