The NZXT Sentry LX is not your ordinary fan controller. You can manually control up to 5 different fans and view up to 5 different temperatures anywhere in your case. This stylish dual-bay design has a color LCD display with an easy to view and understand layout. With the bonus of date/time/day and alarm settings among many other features make the NZXT Sentry LX a must buy for the avid fan controller fan. Read on further and you'll even get a look at a video of it in operation.

In computing an avatar is a user's representation of himself or herself, and can occur in both two and three dimensions. It's something gamers are very familiar with, along with the need for decent peripherals and how they can affect their reputation (and performance) online. So when applied to said peripherals, the term avatar can represent a gamer's real or perceived reputation in their favourite game. This link may be a bit of a stretch, but when a company like NZXT enters into the arena of gaming peripherals, it can only represent the addition of another high performance peripheral to the gamer arsenal.

In terms of function, the NZXT Sentry LX is one of the best fan controllers I've ever used. It allows unparalleled control with its ability to support 5 fans and monitor 5 temperatures. I was also very pleased with the ease of use. Even a beginner will find that setting up and using the Sentry LX is very intuitive. Also, the black brushed aluminum finish along with the blue lighting scheme is very stylish and should complement most cases.

On the slab today we have the monolithic looking NZXT Avatar mouse in all its matt-black glory. Boasting a 2600 DPI optical sensor, fully customisable interface and an ambidextrous design, it certainly aims to please all. This is new territory for NZXT, having never released a mouse before. It will be interesting to see how it stacks up with the plethora of clickers on the market. Sitting on my desk is this little black box, with no markings aside from an embossed "NZXT" in one corner; reminds me of a certain movie with monkeys and bones...

NZXT has been building cases targeted for gamers and enthusiasts since 2004. Headquartered in Taiwan, NZXT's company objective is to "provide every gamer with a case that they can identify with." To this end NZXT offers two types of case designs, the more conservative Classic series, and the contemporary Crafted line. I've reviewed models from both in the past and I have to say I prefer the Classic series styling, however today I have for review the Guardian 921 which is the latest in their Crafted series.

NZXT are a well known company for their computer cases and case accessories. They focus almost entirely on these, with the only exception being the latest series of power supplies. They also design most of their products for gamers and modders, therefore they sport an exotic and unique appearance. We reviewed many of NZXT's cases in the past and today we will review one of their latest additions to their products range, the Guardian 921. The Guardian 921 is designed to offer the best value for your money, being loaded with a lot of features and with a unique but not kitschy exterior. We will carefully examine the case and its features in this review.

NZXT has been on a roll as of late, designing some of the best enthusiast-level enclosures on the market today. This is evidenced by the new Kaos full tower chassis, as well as the NZXT Rogue, a SFF mATX enclosure made entirely of aluminum. Today, however, it is all about the NZXT Tempest, the newest addition to NZXT?s Crafted Series lineup of enclosure solutions. Boasting a design that is similar to the Antec Nine Hundred, the Tempest offers a few twists to keep things fresh. Can the NZXT Tempest be able to compete directly with the Antec Nine Hundred? Will it claim the throne as the mid-ATX enclosure champion? HardwareLogic is going to find out!

Until now, these two worlds have gone surprisingly separate ways with their cases and peripherals; the flashy-type modders had their bright, intense LCD screen fan controllers, while the classier of builders had the plain vanilla, brushed aluminum rheobus. Today, however, we have for review NZXT?s Sentry LX fan controller, which hopes to break that divide. Inset in a classy, brushed aluminum faceplate is a bright, detailed screen. This has potential to be the best of both worlds.

We've seen many laptop/notebook coolers here at VH since we started getting into reviewing mobile items awhile back. Some decent, most not so decent. Well today I have for you a new entry into the notebook cooler segment from NZXT called the Cryo LX. The beauty is definitely unique. Not just because it'll support a 17" widescreen notebook with ease, or because it sports three 120mm fans, or even because it's made of aluminum. What makes this unit unique is the ability to fold it virtually in half! That's just a few of the nice features of this new Cryo LX. Let's check out some more...

When I received the invitation to review the Sentry LX I jumped at the chance. The latest rash of goodies being sent to us from NZXT has been awesome to write about. There was the Core Contact and the Tempest both near the top of their particular category. The Core Contact placed near the top in the air cooling temps. And the NZXT definitely looked up to the claims of being the King of Air Cooling. So why can't the Sentry LX be any different? Why can't it be one of the best looking LCD display panel out? Today, we will be taking a hard look at the unit and see where it stands.

We?ve seen a lot of fan controller designs here on rbmods.com, everything from simple knobs to more elaborate controllers. Today we get a chance to look at a new fan controller from NZXT, the NZXT Sentry LX High Performance Fan Controller. Will this product live up to its ?high performance? claims? That is what we?re here to find out in this review.
