There are a lot of us out there that would rather have a small form factor case than some gigantic tower taken up all the room on or underneath our desk. Here is when the SFF systems come into place. This is a place where Shuttle has reigned supreme for some time. But for those that have the time and the ability to customize a system to their own personal liking enter Silverstone. The reputation of Silverstone is that it is one of the best case manufacturers around. Sleek and classy lines have always dominated all of their towers and enclosures. Putting classy lines and SFF together we have the SG01 Evolution...

The thermal performance of the SG01 is as expected; your PC will likely run hotter while operating in a cube case when compared to a tower case. The option to add an additional 60mm fan and the FX121 can certainly improve thermal performance and allow you to squeeze a tiny bit more performance out of the machine. SilverStone has made another sleek case with the SG01, and all of us here at Overclockers Online look forward to how they will build upon the SUGO family...

The SilverStone Zeus ST56ZF is a very solid offering. The package is top notch with very little chance of damage being done to the unit during any amount of transport and the power supply inside is just as good. In addition, the quality of the cables is excellent, with clean heatshrinking and artistic cable tying. Another nice feature of this power supply is that the length of the cables should allow this power supply to be used inside of any case no matter how big...

600W might seem like a lot to many people, but for the high end user there is no doubt that a good power supply is a must have. High end users often have dual graphics cards, multiple hard drives, a high end CPU, two optical drives and several fans involved in their current setup. With specs like that a 600W PSU is desirable if you want a completely stable system. The ST60F is capable of maintaining 600W of continuous power output at 50°C. The ST60F has quad +12V rails, for extreme performance and giving the Silverstone ST60F a total of 42 amps...

Well to put it quite simply this cooler surprised me quite a bit, yes it was only a P4 2.4 478-1meg Cpu but when you take the size, area it had to breathe in this cooler performance was outstanding. At first I thought well its made for a solution for the Silverstone SG01, but then you have to look at the whole larger picture. There are thousands of people stuck with stock coolers because the size and space there computers are housed in limits them and in my opinion the NT03 fills the gap nicely. It's not for the serious tweeker but will be more than at home in a small slim Micro ATX enclosure whether it's the SG01 or another make this cooler will satisfy most needs...

In today's review we take a look at the Silverstone SG01(Sugo series) a SFF (small form factor) based design with a twist, it supports a micro ATX board as well as a full size PSU. Yes you are reading right a full size PSU, what makes this special in the world of SFF is that it means Power will never be an issue as well as motherboard choice. So some pretty high spec Setups can be fitted in the case. Anyway enough of the intro and lets get on with the review...

Taking the modular power supply design to the limit, the ST60F combines a core based on the highly acclaimed Zeus ST65ZF and a quiet running 120mm fan to create a truly fantastic package. With 600W of continuous power output at 50'XC, it is the industry's first EPS12V modular power supply and also an excellent choice for high-end desktop systems with dual graphics cards. Housed in an all new environmentally friendly casing and offering the highest number of cables of any power supplies in its class, the ST60F is without a doubt, the new benchmark for enthusiast power supplies...

While the case isn't completely perfect, complicated expansion card lock and not enough clearance for the front bezel to close, these shortcomings are masked by the great finish, large window and the sleek look of this case. If SilverStone decides to re-engineer a case with similar features, I hope they're able to make this a flawless case. Whether you buy it with or without the LCD panel, one thing's for sure: you're going to have a great chassis that you can reuse for many years...

The SilverStone TC05 is an impressive case for those looking to build a powerful PC or workstation. It large hard disk cage will accommodate five drives making it a good option for video editing or RAID setups. Where it really excels its cooling options and while there are two 120mm fans included at front and rear there's also space for a further three 800mm fans. With the side mounted vents it will also appeal to those looking to build a high-end gaming system. The only negatives are a lack of finesse in fitting the optical drives but this shouldn't be too much of a problem for the type of person who will go for a case like this.

If you're looking for a quality cooler that you can use over several platforms, it's easy to recommend the SilverStone NT02. If coupled with some real thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5) we could probably even expect another degree or two drop in temperature. Considering that this is only the third cooler SilverStone has made, they've made a very good impression over at Overclockers Online. It offers ample performance perfect for any overclocker.

Silverstone's design team deserves some kind of bonus in my opinion, as this is another case that is designed well and looks stunning. The way it is laid out is excellent, from the inclusion of the I-mon display, down to the big tinted centre panel over the VFD, it all fits together so well. It also is the latest case I would highly recommend and those of you in the market for a full ATX HTPC case should not overlook this, those of you that are lucky enough to already have this case (you know your smiling ear to ear) will know what I am speaking about...

Silverstone really does know a thing or two about making HTPC cases. The feel of the buttons was second to none and the case was well made throughout. There were no sharp edges and everything just fit. The total package was what really sold me on the deal though. The remote worked flawlessly and the driver package installed was great.
