The new CNPS9700LED shares the same exact appearance as its small brother only it's bigger. The fan size jumps from a moderate 92mm to an enormous 110mm. That alone should make the cooler outperform its smaller brother. But does it have enough performance in it to outperform the likes to the Thermalright Ultra-120 and the Scythe Infinity? Lets see.
