We've reviewed many Thermaltake cases in the past that are gamer suited, but as a change of pace we are going to take a look at the Eureka, a case designed for home server use.

Thermaltake has long been known for their ability to cool a computer system and for making quality enclosures, but they have recently been making a name for themselves as a premier power supply manufacturer as well. With the growing needs of modern enthusiast level rigs, power has become a concern, so the folks at Thermaltake have put together a monster of a PSU for your high power needs. Introducing the W0133RU Toughpower 1200-watt power supply. While big numbers are impressive, we will take a look at the features included with this behemoth and see if it has not only the power we need in our monster machine, but the features to allow us to be the king of the hill.

Don't let the odd appearance fool you. It may look strange, but the V1 performs just as well as other air coolers that have a more traditional round or square shape. It works on the idea that heat rises, and it makes sense to apply that to a CPU air cooler by using a vertically aligned fan and copper fins to move heat up and out. I also can't say enough about how easy the installation was; it was by far the quickest install of a cooler I've done in a couple years.

The MaxOrb is one of the two latest CPU coolers released by Thermalake, the other being the uniquely shaped V1. Hoping that their latest releases will keep them in the front pack of this never-ending CPU cooler race, is the MaxOrb another contender or does it fall to the rear of the pack?

It seems that Thermaltake is at it again with new designs and innovations. Today they have graced us with their newest cooler, the V1 CPU. The V1 carries a design that is very different from most of the CPU coolers we have seen lately. The V1 looks like a pair of Oriental fans attached to one another via four copper heatsinks. The aesthetics, size and some of the technical aspects of the cooler looks to be very promising in performance and style.

Power supplies have finally reached that golden 1000W range. At CES we saw many different companies unveil their 1000W power supplies. Finally we have got our hands on one from Thermaltake. The Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W power supply is quad GPU ready, has a nice big 140mm fan, and is modular with 6 PCI-E connectors, and 8 SATA connectors. So this power supply is ready to tackle almost any high performance system that is thrown at it, let's take a look.

When I made the decision not to use water cooling on my video card any longer, I had to find a cooler that would fit back on my NVIDIA GeForce 7900GT. After making the dreaded trip back into the parts closet, I was able to dig up the old stock cooler that came on the NVIDIA card. I thought, "How loud could this cooler really be?" Within ten minutes of powering the computer on, I decided it was time to get another GPU cooler. I had completely forgotten how loud the stock cooler was on, and after being spoiled by water cooling, I needed something better than stock in terms of both performance and noise levels....

With its passive heatshift technology, the iXoft is a unique notebook cooler yet it still manages to do an effective job. There are a lot of advantages to this cooler including silent operation, no power consumption, and portability. No fans, no wires, and no extra battery power used - just place it under the notebook and it's ready to go.

LAN parties and events have becoming more and more popular. I remember going to my first LAN event over 5 years ago. I think there were around 10 of us, but it still was great fun. Now LAN events have attendances of over 1000 gamers. The biggest problem I had with going to LAN events was lugging all my gear there. I often ended up breaking something on my case or something inside of it. Well Thermaltake is here to make things easy for you. They have recently released the LanBox case, which is a small form factor (SFF) case that is made just for LAN parties. Let's take a look!

After having used a handful of notebook coolers that use rigid bodies with fans to get the job done, the iXoft is obviously the quietest, easiest to setup, most portable, and still quite effective. The somewhat mysterious and scientific nature of Thermaltake's heatshift technology makes the iXoft even more appealing, as it is just that much different than the typical cooler.

Well, I was really hoping for much better cooling than I got from the Volcano. The performance isn't bad by any means, but given its massive size and $50 US price tag I would have liked to see improvement over the stock Thermaltake waterblock I was using previously. On the upside, installation was easy and three different sizes of hose connectors are included to integrate it with just about any watercooling setup.

In this review we will be taking a look at two new coolers from Thermaltake, as well as one slightly older cooler for comparison purposes. The new MaxOrb and V1 models will be put head to head, while also going up against a previous generation cooler from Thermaltake, the Big Typhoon VX.

Don't get confused by Thermaltake's new "V1" nomenclature. No, they're not churning out race cars or jet fighters, instead sticking to what they do best; cooling. The V1 is their latest CPU cooler, and at first glance, it's obvious they created something unique. Can this new design dazzle us with it's cooling performance, or will it fall as short as its name? Let's find out...

Thermaltake's flagship air cooler is definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a heatsink. The Orbs have a solid history of being good performers and the Max Orb continues that tradition. The new design with six heat pipes and three rows of aluminum fins improve the overall performance by dissipating heat more effectively.

Thermaltake keeps themselves busy churning out computer cases, CPU coolers, and power supplies, but don't label them a 3-trick pony. Venturing into previously unchartered territory for Thermaltake, today HardwareLogic looks at their Max 4 external HDD enclosure.
