Masterimage 3D Lauches HD 720 and WUXGA Glasses-free Mobile Display Technology at CES
MasterImage 3D has launched glasses-free HD 720 resolution 3D display for a 4.3" smartphone and WUXGA (1920*1200) resolution 3D display for a 10.1" tablet.
A demonstration of the technology, showcasing a first-look at 3D content streamed through MasterImage 3D Medias embedded portal and media player, will be shown at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas next week.
All demonstrations feature MasterImage 3Ds Cell-Matrix Parallax Barrier with smart multicore OMAP4430 and OMAP4460 mobile processors from Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI), Chimei Innolux (CMI) TFT panels and the latest Google Android operating system.
Cell-Matrix Parallax Barrier Technology is MasterImage 3Ds proprietary solution that is invented, patented and mass-produced as the leading technology in glasses-free 3D display. The company claims that the technology provides brighter images, lessened crosstalk, reduced moire effects (or rippled appearance) and the widest possible viewing angle.
