Samsung Sells 10 Million Galaxy Note 3 Phones
More than 10 million of Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 phones had been sold in the global market at the end of last month, only two months after its release on Sept. 25, the Korean giant said Monday.
The Galaxy Note 3 smartphone comes with a 5.7-inch display and an electronic stylus.
According to Samsung, the device achieved the milestone faster than its predecessors. It took the Galaxy Note 1 nine months to surpass the 10 million mark, and the Galaxy Note 2 four months.
The latest gadget has gained popularity in China, as it allows Chinese users to write their characters directly with the stylus, which is more convenient than the previous method of typing.
