The new portable Creative MuVo® Slim at a slim 7mm thick will be available in wo versions: the MuVo Slim with 256MB built in memory is priced at US$179.00 and the model with a 128MB built in memory is priced at US$129.00. Both players with built in FM radio and recorder are available for immediate shipment in Asia through Creative’s extensive retail network.
No taller or wider than a credit card, the MuVo Slim fits easily in a shirt or suit pocket, briefcase, or any size of purse to carry for business or social occasions. Equally at home in the boardroom or as a travelling companion, the MuVo Slim includes an elegant black folding case that protects the player while enhancing its style statement. Initially available in sophisticated-looking silver and black, the MuVo Slim will be offered in a variety of colors to match different style and fashion tastes by summer of this year.
Featuring a built-in microphone, the MuVo Slim 256MB complements the consummate professional by capturing up to 16 hours of important dictations, conversations and reminders, while safeguarding clever ideas before they’re forgotten. Supremely versatile as a business tool, the MuVo Slim 256MB carries more data than 175 floppy disks, for transport of company slide presentations, digital images or voice and music files.
The Creative MuVo Slim features an FM radio with 32 presets, plus FM recording capabilities to record favorite radio shows or songs. The player’s removable battery is rechargeable via the player’s USB connection, to provide up to 17 hours of continuous playtime.
