Twitter To Allow You Download Your Tweets
Twitter has begun rolling out a feature that allows users to download their entire archive of tweets.
According to Twitter, users will be able to request a file containing their information, starting with their first tweet. Twitter will provide each user asking for an archive with a download link via email.
The feature is not available to everyone so far, as the company testing the it with a small number of Twitter users.
Google and Facebook also allow their users export the data they created on their services. Google's Data Liberation Front tool is designed for users who wish to move their data in and out of Google products. Facebook's "Download Your Information" also allows users to get a copy of what they've shared on Facebook.
