Tul Corporation today officially announced the beginning of a business partnership with Infineon Technologies. This partnership is initially dealt on Infineon's DRAM for Tul's X700 Series graphics boards, and seen as a starting point for a long-term DDR2 support for the graphics boards market.

"We are very pleased to have come to a consensus with Infineon that we shall leverage each other's resources, experiences, and mostly, brand names, in order to reach the ultimate goal of offering time-to-market and the best-quality products to customers," says Ted Chen, C.E.O. of Tul Corporation. "We have the confidence that the competitive DDR2 Graphics RAM on the X700 series is a cost optimized solution for price-performance buyers in Asia," continues Chen.

Moreover, this partnership includes marketing cooperation such as joint-promotional tools and activities, beginning at world's second-largest computer tradeshow ʽV Computex Taipei 2005, as well as global channels and websites. "I am proud to work with Tul ʽV a No. 3 graphics card manufacturer in the global IT industry, and I am sure that this is only the beginning of our partnership. Infineon remains its competitive edge in key markets in order to help our partners achieve great successes and qualities," says Dr. Erik Greger, Senior Director and Head of Graphics DRAM Marketing Worldwide at Infineon.
