HP's Latest Laser Printers Are as Tall as Your Smartphone

HP's Latest Laser Printers Are as Tall as Your Smartphone

Enterprise & IT Mar 20,2018 0

HP Inc. today unveiled the new HP LaserJet Pro M15 and M28 series, the world's smallest laser in its class designed to give micro and small business owners fast printing that fits absolutely anywhere.

Now 30% smaller than the previous generation, the HP LaserJet Pro M15 and M28 printers are about as tall as a standard No. 2 pencil or the average smartphone.

Even with the tiny size, these new LaserJet Pros can print at speeds up to 18/19 pages per minute.

The HP LaserJet Pro M15 and M28 printers allow mobile workers to print business documents and scan on the go-all from a smartphone or tablet. For example, the HP Smart App is designed to completely control the printer from a smartphone, offering simple set up, fast scanning to the cloud, and making it more convenient to order supplies or print from virtually anywhere. In addition to the HP Smart App, the new laser devices also support Apple AirPrint; Google Cloud Print, Mopria-certified and Wi-Fi Direct.

The printers feature a simple design and automatically save energy with HP Auto-on/Auto-off technology. In addition, preinstalled cartridges help users get printing professional-quality documents right out of the box.

HP said that the smallest laser in its class from HP is also the company's lowest priced, wothout however providing further details. The printers will be available for purchase worldwide starting April 2018.
