Oppo today shared ob Twitter pictures of a new display technology that essentially eliminates the size bezels of a phone.

Called the new “Waterfall Screen” technology, the new display curves around the side of the device and gives it a really cool look. The look achieved with the 88-degree curve on both the sides of the device.

This design seems to leave practically no space for any side buttons, so Oppo would have to find a new place for things like the power button. If the extra screen area is touch-sensitive, accidental inoputs could also occur.

Oppo isn’t saying if we will get to see the display on an actual device yet, though.
