The company has upgraded the specifications of the DRW1008IM to 8x writing for both DVD+R/ DVD-R formats. The upcoming DRW1108IM also supports 4x DVD+RW/4x DVD-RW rewrite, while it is a 40x/24x/40x CD-RW burner. Specifications:
