?Apple?s iPod is the most popular MP3 player out there, if someone I know has an MP3 player it?s an iPod. I don?t think I?ve even seen an MP3 player lately that isn?t an iPod. The last time we reviewed an iPod at was the iPod Nano (3rd Generation). Today we have its successor the iPod Nano (5th Generation). This new iPod Nano was announced back in September and has a few features that previous iPod?s just didn?t have including a video camera, microphone, FM radio and a speaker. Let?s take a look and see what this new iPod is all about.

Apple?s Bluetooth-based wireless keyboard is almost half the size of the regular keyboard, super thin and incredibly sleek. These are generally not the top factors I would keep have in mind when buying a keyboard but they?re nice to have none the less.

We've had the opportunity to review a few tablet / netbook combinations here at HotHardware (the Eee PC T91 from Asus immediately comes to mind), but in the 10+ years of covering computing technology, there has yet to be a tablet as polarizing, alluring, and promising as iPad. We've got one in house and have given in a thorough evaluation. Come on by and check it out...

"Weve been talking about iPad competitors for a couple cycles now and they seem to be growing faster than anyone can keep up with. The latest, the iTablet , is kind of the anti-iPad in that it is a full PC based on Intels Atom technology and not simply a large smartphone without the phone bits. The iPad is clearly better-looking, but the iTablet is more capable and has a name that wont cause snickers. There is little doubt the iPad will outsell the iTablet by a substantial margin, but should it? And what does this say about the gullible part of our nature? Coincidently Guy Kawasaki, the ex-Apple evangelist, posted a warning on gullibility this month which, especially given the current topic, seems a pertinent thought to keep in mind."

Unless you've been living on a distant planet this past few weeks, you've probably heard that Apple has launched a new product dubbed the iPad. Unveiled by Apple CEO Steve Jobs and described by the company as "magical and revolutionary", the iPad hopes to become the one device that fills the elusive gap between a smartphone and a notebook.

"Apple's history with mice looks a lot like GM's history with economy cars. It's kind of sketchy. From the much-bemoaned "hockey puck mouse" of the late 90s to the translucent Apple Pro Mouse without a right click, Steve Jobs and company have never been squeamish about trampling function for fashion. So when Apple introduced the Magic Mouse, which forgoes any buttons or scroll wheels in favor of multi-touch capability, we approached it with trepidation."

When Apple announced the iPhone 3GS in June, I saw UAE on the list of countries where the unit was expected to sell in August. So I gave our beloved telco Etisalat the deadline of August 31st to start selling the 3GS locally. August came and went and there was no sign of the 3GS landing on Etisalat. Thus I ordered a factory unlocked version from Hong Kong which I received last week. I chose the White version this time around as I had the black one previously and the grey one before that. I also opted for the 32GB version as I had utilized almost 10GB on my 16GB iPhone 3G. As you've probably read on every other website there is no noticeable difference between the 3G and the 3GS as far as looks and form factor is concerned. Tech Specs state the 3GS as 2 grams heavier but I doubt anyone would be able to tell the difference.

It is not often we review a Macintosh product on DriverHeaven and although we are late to the table we felt it would be an interesting novelty for our readers to have a look at probably the sexiest laptop ever made, the MacBook Air.

It's a cell phone, GPS locator, camera, and video iPod, all in one. It connects to the Internet via cell network or Wi-Fi. It is a complete personal digital assistant that can access email, calendar, and other pertinent information. While it's not the first cell phone to perform these tasks, it's large, clear touch screen, an accelerometer that tracks the position of the device, and a myriad of add-on applications make it unique. Recent price reductions and the faster speed of this new 3G model make it more appealing. So we set out to thoroughly assess the usability and likability of this new device.
