With its water-resistant feature, the Corsair 4GB Flash Voyager certainly has an edge over competing USB flash memory drives. It survived all our three water resistance tests, even a 30-minutes rinse cycle! Unfortunately, due to a change in the flash memory chips used, the 4GB Flash Voyager was quite lacklustre in performance. It was slower than competing flash drives when reading large files but trumped all of them in small files. However, it was a poor performer in writes, whether it was with large or small files...

The TWINX2048-3500LLPRO is a 2GByte matched memory pair specifically designed for motherboards using chipsets with dual memory channels. This memory kit consists of two CMX1024-3500LLPRO memory modules that have been tested together on a current production AMD motherboard at DDR437 (218 MHz) and extremely Low Latency of 2-3-2-6 T1. These TwinX memory kits are designed to provide the ultimate in performance and stability in dual channel boards. As part of Corsair's XMS ProSeries, each module includes the high-efficiency aluminum XMS heatsink, and 18 activity LED's that show the level of memory activity on each bank...

Having 1024MB of system RAM is still sweet, but 2048MB attests even sweeter to the forward looking PC-Enthusiast. Enter Corsair's new Twinx2048-4000PT Memory kit for DDR1 platforms which we test extensively today...

Officially, the Corsair TwinX1024-4000PT is designed to run mainly on highly overclocked systems and is rated for up to 250 MHz with 3-4-4-8 timings (at a voltage of 2.8V). If you are running with lower latencies, we can tell you that the TwinX2048-4000PT will only run as tight as 2.5-3-3-6. The 2GB TwinX2048-4000PT DDR500 RAM kit is rated to run at speeds of up to 250 MHz, who says you had to sacrifice speed for higher capacity?

The XMS-3500LL PRO is optimized for memory-intensive applications such as graphics rendering and gaming. Featuring legendary Corsair quality and design, this module offers blazing fast performance at CAS 2 latency and 1T Command Rate. Many benchmark tests have shown that the extremely low latency settings give ultimate performance on the AMD Athlon64 platform. Corsair XMS-3500 LL PRO is the first to combine high-density and low latency into one unbeatable solution. Other performance features include an oversized high-efficiency aluminum heat sink with double the surface area for optimal thermal efficiency. And for the bling factor, built-in LEDs monitor module activity in real-time...

This two gigabyte kit from Corsair again is just a perfect example of a quality product. It is relatively inexpensive, performs well and is rock solid stable. As for the 3-8-4-4 timings, if you overclocking at all, don't even bother considering it a disadvantage...

If you are in need of huge storage in your pocket, then this is a drive you will want to consider. The Voyager is no doubt one of the smallest solid state drives that offers this much memory, and it's a very reasonable price as well. If you don't require 4GB, then you should definitely consider one of the smaller Voyager models, or even the OCZ Rally if WRITE speed is very important to you. Overall, this is another quality product from Corsair that you will not be disappointed with...

Until recently, going with more than 1GB of RAM had some pitfalls. It was outrageously expensive for 1GB modules, and if you went with 4 512MB modules you would either lose your low latency or FSB speed. Not so anymore, a few companies are producing low-latency high speed 2GB DDR kits and, of course, Corsair is among them. The RAM that I will be checking out here is from the infamous Corsair XMS line, the Corsair TwinX XMS PC4000 2GB memory kit done up in Platinum color...

The Corsair TwinX 2048-4000 did not disappoint when it came to overclocking or performance. Rated to run at DDR500 3-4-4-8 and actually running at DDR560 with those timings was a nice surprise. The benchmark results were right were they should be with the frequencies the system was running at. Having 2GB of memory is no longer the rarity it was a few short months ago and with the price tag that the TwinX 2048-4000 is sporting, a lot more people will be making the jump. Corsair will be putting smiles on a lot of overclockers faces with this kit and rightfully so. Amazing performance backed up with great overclocking should put this kit at the top of the budget build list for someone looking to go with 2GB...

Corsair's Twin2X1024A-5400UL proves to be flexible, fast and easy to use. Whether you?re an Overclocker pushing the boundaries of DDR2 performance, a Gamer wanting tight latencies for that extra FPS, or the average end-user whom simply runs his/her memory at SPD, this memory fulfills. Running this memory at 850MHz was easy, and in fact I've been running it at that speed now for the last two weeks without a glitch...

For overclockers, you are not going to get amazing 1:1 performance with this kit, but 248MHz is still pretty good for an overclock with a CAS of 2.5. This memory did run at a command rate of 1T throughout testing with both my E3 3000+ Venice and in some basic testing with my D0 3000+ Winchester. This is good to know as some have had concerns with the memory controllers being able to run 1T in older processors before the E6 stepping. If you are running the new Asus A8N32-SLI DELUXE, then you are guaranteed these timings and frequency as they are tested on that motherboard before packaging at a command rate of 1T...

At 200 MHz the Corsair TwinX2048-4400 PRO PC4400 DDR memory is able to run with tight 2-2-2-5 memory timings. If you're an overclocker though, the memory is rated to run at 275 MHz with 3-4-4-8 timings as long as the supporting hardware is capable. The units we tested had no problems achieving a speed of 223 MHz with tight timings (2-2-2-5), and 284 MHz with default timings (3-4-4-8) in our labs. Top that off with some wicked indicator LEDs and you have a set of 2GB PC4000 DRR modules that are smoking hot!

At stock speeds this 2GB kit of Corsair Twin2X2048-6400 Pro PC2-6400 DDR-2 performed on par with its slimmer 1GB competition. In the Battlefield 2 benchmarks we get a nice performance boost thanks to the larger capacity too. When it came to overclocking, the Twin2X2048-6400 Pro modules managed a very nice 925 MHz! Ultimately what you should take away from this review is that 1GB of system memory is good enough for most systems. If you find your system lags or you want to future proof it with higher capacity memory now, these modules from Corsair can deliver the goods!

The TWINX2048-3500LLPRO have impressed us, and come feature packed. They can handle very tight timings, have a lifetime warranty and also are not too expensive. In fact, they are some of the lowest priced 1GB modules out there, and that adds a ton to the value. I do not have a single bad thing to say about these modules, and am awarding them a 10/10 and an Editors Choice award. I look forward to seeing what Corsair has in store next, and can't wait to see benchmarks being done with the recommended ASUS board...

Corsair has certainly done an excellent job in entering the Flash Memory market by offering an abundance of choice. Both products live up to their expectations and even exceed them. The 40X CF certainly impressed me with the full 1006 MB capacity, a rare find in most storage products, but it does come at a cost slightly more than your typical 40X card. What you do end up buying is a brand many enthusiasts trust. The 60X SD is priced slightly higher than some other brands, but still well below the brand names like Lexar or SanDisk. You could even get a 1 GB 133X SD and a free 128 MB Flash Voyager for less than the cost of comparable Lexar and SanDisk products !
