Everglide are a California based company who have been specialising in gamer hardware since 1997. Initially their product catalogue focused on mouse pads (with many winning awards throughout the press) but in 2005 Everglide began branching out into other peripherals such as headphones, mice and keyboards. One of the latest items to be released is the DKTboard, a product which benefits from Razers input at the design and engineering phase. Due to this the unit carries the Powered by Razer logo. With these two highly respected companies involved in the creation of the DKTboard surely we cannot be disappointed with the result...

The Everglide DKTBoard is an incredibly sturdy input device, intended for the hard core gamer. A very compact size, partial aluminum construction and backlight make it perfect for LAN parties.

Everglide has been known to produce very high-end mouse pads for years. Now they ventured into the gaming headset market with their S-500 series of professional headsets. The headset offers excellent wearing comfort, even when used over longer periods of time. Also the sound quality is good for both gaming and listening to music.

The Everglide Titan "Fnatic" is the first mousepad which is the result of the collaboration between Clan Fnatic and Everglide, hence the name. Everglide has always been known for producing high quality gaming surfaces. A great feature for low-sensitivity gamers is its size, it is absolutely huge. But will it live up to Everglide's standard and reputation?

I would say look at your playing style beforehand and if and if you like a flat mouse which you rarely lift then the G-1000 could be the prefect mouse otherwise I think the G-1000 could cause problems with your playing style. If you are looking for a mouse which is precise and has a dpi switch but not for gaming then the G-1000 could also be a good option as it is lightweight responsive and had a very comfortable feel which is one of the advantages of using with a large palmed mouse.

Today we are testing a new mouse from a new company. If you're a gamer, you might have heard of Everglide because they are targeting gamers mostly. Everglide is known for their mouse skates and mouse pads. Now, however, they have come up with a new mouse. Like the other products, this mouse is being targeted specifically for gamers. It's pretty amazing to see how the gaming market is advancing. In the past manufacturers released a simple mouse, but now it's all optical and laser and being aimed for the gamer's needs.

The g-1000 is a pretty basic mouse with a very high DPI of 1600. It's very high because it's an optical mouse not a laser mouse. Today most of the mice on the market at 1000DPI and above are laser.

The Everglide Titan is a wonderful mouse mat. It has the smoothness of some of the top glass mats, and the comfort and precision of some of the better cloth mats out there. It is big enough to be worthy of its name "Titan" and you use plenty of this during gaming, though it is perhaps a bit too big for windows use. The top surface is wonderfully smooth and comfortable, and the underside is thick and holds the mat in place during even the fastest of mouse movements...
