The MSI Computer NX8800GTX-T2D768E-HD is the companies' flagship nVIDIA-GPU based PCI Express x16 videocard. This massive slab of chips and thermal solution is built around an equally large nVidia 'G80' GeForce 8800GTX core. The videocard has a 768MB frame buffer, and supports both DirectX 10, OpenGL 2.0, and 128-bit HDR standards. The Geforce 8880GTX GPU operates at 575MHz, and the 768MB of memory runs at 1800MHz. As you might expect, the NX8800GTX-T2D768E-HD is High Definition compatible in every way that counts. The NX8800GTX-T2D768E-HD is fully HDCP compliant too.

Since the internet was created, it's brought people closer. Then broadband came along and opened the door to streaming video and webcams. Today I have the MSI StarCam which includes a microphone meaning it should contain everything for you to chat, wave or dance to your long distance buddies.

Laptop mice are made small as they have to be stowed in a tightly packed laptop carry bag. Often the cables get knotted and it takes 5 minutes every time you get your laptop out just to untangle the mouse. However, MSI have designed an all-in-one cable and mouse solution that should put an end to your woes?

MSI's K9A Platinum is an excellent performer at stock speeds, but it's overclocking capabilities are a little bugged and somewhat limited. If you're looking for an overclocker's motherboard, you're better looking at more expensive boards from DFI, Abit and Asus. If heavy overclocking isn't your cup of tea, there's no denying that this board is tremendous value for money for anyone looking to build a fast gaming system on a budget.

Intel's P965 chipset has really shown us lately there is really no great point in getting a more expensive 975X chipset based motherboard but why? P965 has native DDR-2 800 memory support, its FSB overclocking potential is usually higher and it supports more peripherals on the ICH8 Southbridge. With Crossfire reorganisation from ATI, it has all the features of the 975X and more. MSI's second P965 motherboard they have sent us left a much sweeter taste in our mouths. The cheaper P965 Neo that was originally sent to us really should not have been considered, however, we can say that the P965 Platinum has some major pull here and it?s quite a capable product. And it?s really not that much more expensive than the Neo version.

Noise and power are normally two things that go together these days in the graphics card market. However, with what I have in my hand today, that could all change?

Graphics cards supporting HDCP are no longer a novelty as vendors up the stakes by introducing HDMI outputs to appeal next generation HTPC users. MSI's new GeForce 7600 GS card is the latest to receive some HDMI goodness.

The MSI P965 Platinum Mainboard arrived Technic3D. The fanless Mainboard with a small Price for Gamer with Intel 965 Chipset. Faster than other P965 Mainboards? We test this against the Gigabyte DQ6 and Foxconn P965AA. See you the result in the following Review on Technic3D

ATI's Radeon X1950 PRO has come in all shapes and sizes, due to the many different cooling solutions implemented by the many vendors. MSI too has a cooler to call its own, but the rest of its RX1950PRO-T2D256E is as standard as the reference card. How would it stack against the overclocked competition then?

If you're a gamer, multimedia enthusiast, or future indie rock star mixing tracks for your debute CD, the MSI K9N Diamond is a board well worth your attention because it integrates a Creative Audigy 7.1 channel hardware sound card right in. Standard onboard equipment includes dual Gigabit Ethernet network jacks, a Soundblaster Audigy SE 7.1 sound card, IEEE 1394a 400Mpbs Firewire and USB2.0. When it comes to peripheral expansion we find two PCI Express x1 slots for high bandwidth devices, a 32 bit PCI slot, and the two PCI Express x16 SLI compatible slots for videocards. Data storage is supported by one Ultra 133 IDE channel and six 3GB/s SATA II ports. Nvidia RAID (0/1/0+1/5/JBOD) comes standard with the nForce 590 SLI chipset.

I first saw this notebook in Taipei during Computex and I fell in love with it. The MSI S271 is the world first AMD TurionR 64 X2 notebook computer. The S271 is made with a durable yet trendy aluminum and magnesium alloy, and is equipped with a Super Glare Type 12? WXGA LCD, an ATI UMA embedded graphics display interface, and digital surround sound.

Is it an IPOD nano killer? well I could not spot any difference in the sound quality over the Nano we have here and that was quite surprising and yes to be quite frank it is, the 4 gig Ipod nano is slightly more expensive than this in both the UK and the USA.

Nvidia is now mass producing what can only be considered weapon-grade silicon with their latest and greatest G80 GPU architecture (a.k.a. GeForce 8800). Currently the G80 is available in two mouth watering flavors, both of which are capable of blowing any existing competitor out of the water. In fact, that could well be considered an understatement as we have already seen SLI 7900GTXs and CrossFire X1950XTX cards being defeated by a single GeForce 8800 graphics card. The GeForce 8800 GTX is the cream of the crop, featuring 768MB of on-board GDDR3 memory operating at 1.8GHz with a core clock frequency of 575MHz. And while all this sounds fairly typical of a high-end graphics card (the large memory capacity, high memory and core frequencies), the G80 architecture is like nothing we have encountered before.

The MSI Computer P965 Platinum motherboard is one such candidate with a healthy dose of enthusiast friendly features to match. The MSI P965 Platinum utilizes the Intel P965 Express Northbridge and Intel ICH8R Southbridge chipsets. It supports all Socket 775 processors that operate on a 1066/800/533MHz FSB. This includes the Intel Core 2 Duo/Extreme, Pentium 4/D/XE and Celeron D to name just a few. Standard equipment includes an Intel PCI Express based Gigabit network card, IEEE 1394a, a Realtek 7.1 channel Intel Azalia High Definition audio controller and an additional Serial ATA II/IDE RAID (0,1,0+1) controller. There are seven 3GB/s SATA connections and one IDE channel. Expansion is possible through a PCI Express x16 slot, one PCI Express Lite slot (in yellow, PCI-E x4 transfer rates), two PCI Express x1 slots and two 32 bit PCI slots for legacy devices.

If you plan on running a high end Intel Core 2 Duo system, you're advised to upgrade your power supply to something that's ATX2.0 compatible and has an ESP12V connector. The MSI 975X Platinum will run on older power supplies but older units are not designed to handle the power requirements of modern machines. A compatible power supply is definitely required if you plan on running a dual videocard setup.
