A few weeks ago we reviewed the GTX480 and walked away with generally favourable feelings ? after all there was no doubting the astonishing tessellation performance and frame rate prowess with all of the leading game engines. We did however have reservations as it was running at a shade under 100c while consuming around 320w of power. It was a little like driving a turbo injected Hummer ? totally ?in your face? and a gas guzzling beast.

"The NVIDIA Zotac GTX 480 arrived Technic3D. Technic3D will check the "Frame-Monster" in the following Review with a Resolution from 2560x1600, 1920x1200, 1680x1050 and many more in Games, against other Graphic Cards. Better with the AMD HD 5870?"

"For this review I am going to be looking at a brand new product from a company that, in the bigger scheme of things, is a relative newcomer to the PC hardware scene. Nonetheless they have made a name for themselves in a relative short space of time. The company is Zotac and the product I will be looking at is one of their mini itx Ion motherboards, the IONITX-F-E. Never having used an Atom / Ion motherboard before I am eager to see how it performs."

"Zotac plan to release the NM10 WI-Fi by the end of this month. The board its self is packed with features such as an Atom D510 dual core clocked at 1.67ghz, the integrated graphics are part of the Intel GMA 3150 series but the board has the ability to be upgraded to another card via its PCI-Express X16 slot. It also has a single PCI x1 slot for possible upgrading of other peripherals including sound cards."

"The G92 core has been around for a while now with Nvidia utilising the GPU in a number of different cards making sure to keep renaming though so as give the illusion of a new product altogether. The core has evolved from the 8800GT to the 9800GTX+ right up to the GTS 250.
This latest card uses a 55nm process tapping into both the heat and power consumption reductions combined with decent overclocking scope. So, as Zotac are prone to doing, they took the original GTS 250, used their overclocking prowess and came up with a new revision ? the GTS 250 AMP!
The shader, core and memory clocks have all been increased to extract maximal performance and so with any luck we should have a card that can deliver a similar price vs. performance ratio as ATI's 4850 and 4870 offerings. Let's see what it can do."

Today we have been given an Intel Core 2 series supporting ITX model on steroids in the form of the 9300-ITX WiFi. Costing a mere $145 USD from Newegg it's priced right, but will it perform? - Let's have a look. Today we have the new 9300-ITX WiFi board up against our 610i and 630i based boards from ZOTAC; this just to see if this new board is able to outperform the previous generation boards.

GeForce GTX 295 is based on two GPUs running at the same clock specs as GeForce GTX 260, but having more processing cores (240 against 216 or 192, depending on the version). Zotac's model (ZT-295E3MA-FSP) runs with the default clocks set by nVidia. Let's see what kind performance you can expect from this beast.

Zotac's GeForce GTX 295 comes with two NVIDIA GT200b GPUs sandwiched together in one graphics card. The card can successfully defeat ATI's HD 4870 X2 in our benchmarks and offers plenty of overclocking headroom beyond that. Thanks to the 55 nm GPU design and clever power saving methods the card even delivers in the performance per Watt segment.

On paper and in tests, the 9500 GT is half a 9600 GT--there's a lot missing in that last 100. It's got half the shaders (32) half the ROPs (8) and half the bandwidth (128-bit). Adding insult to injury, everything is clocked lower; GPU, memory, even the shaders are slower. It's more like two-fifths a 9600.

The new Zotac GTX285 AMP! Edition arrived Technic3D. The High-End "Single" Graphic Card with a Dual Slot Heatsink better than the XFX GTX280 XT Graphic Card? Technic3D will see the GT200b Chip in the following Review with up to 2560x1600 against the GTX295, HD4870X2 and many more.

Rather than seeing a clash of the top-end titans from NVIDIA and AMD, we're going to be taking a look at two extremely popular, value conscious offerings: the 9800GTX+ and the HD4850. Having been on the market for some time now, it is no secret that these are two of the most popular gaming cards on the market. Their sub-$200 price tags and potent performance make them very appealing to the average buyer with a 22" or smaller display.

In the two horse race of performance video cards, things have been pretty cyclical. One company would release a new whiz-bang card, then the other company would release their response. This was followed by a similar cycle of tweaked versions of the same cards. In the last two release cycles those tweaks came in the form of dual GPU cards, which sandwiched two cards into one package. The most recent cycle left off with ATI releasing their dual GPU solution in the form of the Radeon HD 4870 X2, and NVIDIA responding with?nothing. NVIDIA finally turned their nothing into something by releasing both a dual GPU solution and a tweaked single GPU card, and they are bringing vendors like ZOTAC along for the ride.
